Jcbet Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the jcbet platform by users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the jcbet platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the jcbet platform.
These terms form a binding agreement between you (the user) and jcbet as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered full acceptance of the updated version.
The jcbet platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the jcbet platform. Owning more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. jcbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate the information provided, including a copy of a valid national ID or passport.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. jcbet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone call.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the jcbet support team immediately at [email protected]. jcbet is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the jcbet platform agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, including but not limited to the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit the system or manipulate gameplay.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes in an unfair manner.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes.
- Abusing promotions or providing false information to circumvent the account verification system.
- Accessing the platform from geographical regions prohibited under local laws.
- Disrupting the technical operations of the platform or attempting to gain unauthorised access to jcbet systems.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of remaining balance, and legal action where applicable.
4. Payment & MYR Transaction Information
Deposit
All financial transactions on the jcbet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your jcbet account belong to you and were obtained through lawful means. Using another person's credit card or bank account without their authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Jcbet reserves the right to decline or place on hold any transaction suspected of being fraudulent or in breach of platform policies. Successfully credited deposits are non-refundable except under circumstances specified in the platform's refund policy.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same user's name. Full identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal is approved. jcbet reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to meet applicable financial compliance requirements.
Withdrawal processing times range from one hour to three business days, depending on the receiving bank and chosen payment method. jcbet is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Jcbet Liability Limits
The jcbet platform is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted or continuous service availability. jcbet is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
Jcbet is not liable for any technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues that affect the user experience or result in losses during active gameplay or betting.
Account Suspension & Closure
Jcbet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at our sole discretion where there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated any terms in this document. In confirmed cases of fraud-related suspension, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited to jcbet.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification and compliance checks have been completed.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and materials on the jcbet platform are the exclusive property of jcbet or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jcbet.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The jcbet platform may integrate services from third-party providers such as game suppliers, payment processors, and sports data providers. jcbet is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or service quality of those third parties. You are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
Changes to These Terms
Jcbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a notice on the platform or through their registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the jcbet platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to a resolution mechanism as determined by the relevant authority.
